The sign-up form has the official rules for the Garage Sale, including:

As a participant in the Citywide Garage Sale, I certify that:

• I am a resident of the City of San Carlos and a voluntary participant in this event.
• I will hold my garage sale from 9am to 4pm (Per San Carlos Municipal Code)
• The City may list my address on maps or other materials which promote this event.
• I will remove all my sale signs by sunset.
• If I must cancel my sale, I will notify info@sancarlostogether.org by October 12 and post a sign of sale cancellation at my home on Oct 14.
